Design Vision Eyewear, located in the Berkshire Mall, provides affordable, quality eyewear to Berkshire County, Southern Vermont and Eastern New York residents.

Design Vision Eyewear is locally, veteran and woman owned and operated.  The store opened July 6, 2009. Since that time we have expanded to include Dr. Michael O'Brien, Board Certified Optomotrist and Berkshire County Native.  Dana Seddon, the Managing Optician and Board President, lives in Cheshire with her husband, Eric, Board Clerk and Berkshire County native and their son. The Board Treasurer and store accountant, Barbara Seddon is a Pittsfield native. The experienced and well-trained staff of Wendy, Krystal and Meghan are ready to help you choose the quality pair of eyewear for your lifestyle. In addition, Design Vision Eyewear has a generous selection of non-prescription sunglasses and accessories, such as eyeglass cleaner and cloths, eyeglass chains, cases.

All eyewear carries a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, covering both prescription changes and eyewear selection. Design Vision Eyewear offers complimentary cleanings and adjustment of all eyewear.

As a local business, Design Vision Eyewear believes strongly in the importance of supporting local businesses.  To that end, all our printing and graphics is done by Faith Seddon at  Collective Copies a small printing company in Amherst and Florence, our payroll is administered by Adirondack Payroll, much of our lens work is done by Perferx, our bank is Berkshire Bank, our insurance services are provided by Stevenson Insurance, Compuworks takes care of our IT needs, Graphic Impact did our store signs, Salco Construction created our beautiful store with the help of Advanced Mechanical Services and Gable Electrical, Darren Lee of Martin and Oliveira and Hamel, P.C. handles our legal requirements, all located in Pittsfield and Dobbert Heating and Cooling of North Adams.  We are also a member of the Berkshire Chamber of Commerce and support the Buy in the Berkshires initiative.
